The deal was finalized on 29 October 2014 with the transfer of 34% of France Télévisions's shares to Lagardère for 25 million. This made Lagardère the sole owner of Gulli, as well as its sister channels TiJi, Canal J, MCM, Mezzo, and June. In 2019, the M6 Group bought Gulli as well as the television division of the Lagardère Active Group.
